All clients start with a detailed assessment (if you don’t know where your start point is how can you progress?) including your training history, medical history, and lifestyle. Following this we start you on your fitness journey with us!
Training sessions are conducted on a one to one or one to two basis and at a time convenient to you.
As a part of our ethos we also teach you how to rest and recover, how to develop healthy eating habits and how to change for the long term (we don’t do fast fixes).
Once you start to work with a VO2 trainer you will find that as you gain confidence in what your body can do, you will move rapidly forward to bigger and more ambitious goals. It is an exciting journey to begin!
